Introduction

This policy covers zynkez.org. It does not cover retailer sites you reach by clicking a link here. Once you land on a retailer, that company’s own privacy policy takes over.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run a checkout. If you use the contact form, the details you type into it reach us only if the form is connected to a mail service; the form on this site currently returns an error instead of sending, and it tells you so.

Our server keeps standard web logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Logs exist to spot abuse and to fix broken pages.

Analytics collects aggregate page views, approximate region and referring source. It is used to see which pages get read. It is not used to build a profile of you by name.

Cookies

A cookie stores your answer to the banner at the bottom of the page, so it stops asking. Analytics may set its own cookies to count a return visit as the same visit rather than a new one.

You can decline through the banner, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them does not break the pages here.

Affiliate Links and Tracking

Links to retailers carry a tracking tag. When you follow one, the retailer records that the visit came from this site so a qualifying purchase can be credited. We do not receive your name, your address, your payment details or the contents of your cart.

Third-Party Links

Pages here link to retailers, manufacturers and reference sites. We do not control what those sites collect. Read their policies before entering personal details on them.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade mailing lists. Data reaches third parties only in the form of the analytics and affiliate tracking described above, or where the law requires disclosure.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid sending sensitive personal details through a web form on any site, including this one.

Children’s Privacy

This site is meant for adults shopping for household appliances. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your Choices

You can decline cookies through the banner, clear them in your browser, and use browser or extension level blocking for analytics. You can also write to us to ask what we hold and to ask that it be deleted.

We may revise this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected there before they take effect.
